Wendy Houghenaghel talks about the discipline, motivation and dedication she has for her sport which has rewarded her with a silver medal at the Beijing Olympics and golds in the team pursuit at the 2008, 2009 and 2011 Track World Championships. The idea was to empathise with other riders, at all levels, who take their training seriously.
